Tara Scherwinka will tell you that she’s “born and raised Nugget!” and it’s this enthusiasm and love of food that makes Tara a truly passionate, committed chef de cuisine who takes her craft very seriously. Her devotion to great food (Mexican cuisine is her favorite) combined with her adventurous spirit (she’s even a self-taught cake decorator), and natural affinity for people make Tara a top-notch chef who loves to “talk food” with our guests. Just don’t ask her about her favorite item in her department. It’s too difficult to choose. “Get back to me on this one,” says Tara.
