Healthy and flavorful wraps make quick and easy after school snacks for kids of all ages. This one is healthy, tasty, and so simple to prepare you can have the kids help you make it. The included recipe for homemade "ranch" adds some health benefits to the standard recipe by replacing the buttermilk and sour cream with yogurt. You can even stretch this recipe one day further by saving some of the veggies and using the ranch as a dip for the next day’s after school snack.

To make the yogurt "ranch dressing:"

In a blender or food processor combine the yogurt, green onions, parsley, vinegar, and garlic powder and blend until incorporated.  Fold this mixture into the mayonnaise.  You will have extra, but you can use this as a spread or as a dip for fresh veggies.

 On a tortilla spread a thin layer of ranch, then put two slices of cheese followed by 1/4 of the turkey, two strips of bell pepper, and two strips of celery.  Roll up and repeat.
