- 2 ripe avocado, diced
- 1 small red onion, diced
- 1 hot house tomato, seeded and diced
- 3 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- ½ of a lemon, juiced
- 1 teaspoon Dave's Ghost Pepper sauce
- 1 teaspoon Kosher salt
Mix all ingredients lightly and let set in the refrigerator for 15 minutes before serving.
