- 1 oz. Bourbon
- 1.5 oz. dark rum
- .5 oz. Grand Marnier
- 1 tbs. simple syrup or 1 cube sugar
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- 4 fresh pineapple chunks
- 2 coin sized slices of fresh ginger
- 2 lime wedges
- 1 oz. club soda or ginger ale
Muddle pineapple, ginger and sugar or simple syrup. Add Bourbon and dark rum, top with ice and soda, stir 10 seconds, and finish with a float of Grand Marnier. Garnish with a maraschino or fresh cherry.
