Got a little Applejack left over from your baked apple crisp or that pork marinade? Try this variation on a classic!
- 1.5 ounces Applejack
- 1.5 ounces Luxardo Apricot Liqueur
- 1 lime; juiced
- ½ ounce pasturized egg white
- ¼ ounce grenadine
- Soda water
Combine Applejack, apricot liqueur, lime juice, egg white and grenadine into a shaker filled with ice and shake vigoursly for 30 seconds. Strain contents into a tall glass and top off with soda water.
