Brussels Sprouts with Anchovy-Garlic Butter Topped with Turbinado Sugar

- 1 pound Brussels sprouts, halved
- ¼ cup butter, softened
- 1 anchovy fillet
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 tablespoon turbinado sugar
Mix butter, anchovy and garlic in a food processor until smooth; set aside.
Trim ends of Brussels sprouts then cut in half. Submerge in rapidly boiling, lightly salted water for approximately 8 minutes. When Brussels sprouts are finished cooking strain then toss immediately with butter mixture. Transfer to a serving dish then sprinkle with turbinado sugar. Serve hot!
