From the California Culinary Academy to cooking in downtown restaurants, Chef de Cuisine Tyson has been honing his skills for that last 15 years. At Nugget Markets, he enjoys “the support and appreciation from teammates to make our kitchen the best.” One of his favorite styles of cooking is Italian. “I enjoy the simple yet soulful preparation of Italian cuisine and how different the regions can be in one country.” Tyson also loves to work with fresh, seasonal vegetables and get creative by using random items that strike his fancy while grocery shopping.
