Her best cheese advice is to be open to trying something new. “There are so many delicious cheeses in the world and you never know when you’re going to discover your next favorite!” Jena’s favorite cheese changes with the season, like goat cheese in the summer and aged Gouda in the winter. Whatever the cheese, Jena has delicious pairing suggestions like salami and olives or homemade scalloped potatoes. She also has a few cheesy jokes up her sleeve: “Which cheese would you use to coax a bear down from a tree? Camembert!”
