For Adult Beverage specialist Dustin Huiting, coming to work is really just an excuse to share some of his greatest passions with the world. He loves to offer tips to his guests, particularly when it comes to one of his favorite subjects, home brewing. “I could talk about home-brewing beer all day,” he says. “Most of my knowledge about beer has come from brewing it for the last five years, and just talking to other people in the industry.” He also loves talking to his guests about food and beverage pairings (Reisling with curry, Pale Ale with a burger), as well as his favorite brands and varietals. Among Dustin’s top recommendations are New Glory Brewing for their locally produced craft beers, and Gundlach Bundschu for their go-to wine varietals at affordable prices. Dustin also heartily recommends Uncle Val’s Gin as an outstanding find for spirit-lovers. As he puts it, “It’s like a lemon orchard and pine grove in a jar!”
