Instagram Contest Official Rules
THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM.
Contest Period: Nugget Markets Instagram contest starts at May 2, 2017 12:00 a.m. PST and ends May 30, 2017 at 10:00 a.m. PST.
Eligibility: No purchase necessary to enter or win.
Each entrant must be a registered member of Instagram on the date of entry. Only authorized account holders may enter as such. If entrant is not a registered member of Instagram, he/she may create an account at www.instagram.com. Accounts must be public for entries to be visible.
Entrant must be a legal resident of the U.S.A. and 18 years or older as of date of entry.
All Associates of Nugget Market, Inc. are ineligible to win.
How to Enter:
Post a photo on Instagram of where you and your bike have traveled and tag @nuggetmarkets, #nuggetmarkets and #mayisbikemonth.
By submitting an entry, Entrant hereby grants permission for the entry to be posted on www.instagram.com, other website, applications or social media platforms (including www.NuggetMarket.com).
Entrant agrees that Released Parties (as defined by Publicity Release) are not responsible for any unauthorized use of entries by third parties.
All Submissions will be reviewed for content before being published. Sponsor (Nugget Markets) may, in their sole discretion, remove, delete, and/or forfeit any submission they deem inappropriate, indecent or obscene and unsuitable for publishing or otherwise non-compliant. Certain submissions may be featured from time to time on the Nugget Markets website and social media during the Contest Period, in Sponsors’ sole discretion. Being selected as a featured submission does not guarantee selection as a prize Winner in the Contest.
Agreement to Official Rules: By participating in the Contest, Entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and/or Administrators, which are final and legally binding in all matters related to the Contest. Whether an Entrant receives a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein (the “Official Rules”).
Promotions of Terms of Submission: As conditions of entry into this Contest and by uploading a photo entry, each Entrant represents and warrants that their entire Submission (a) is wholly original; (b) has been created solely by the Entrant listed upon Submission; (c) has been legally obtained.
Prizes: Each winner will receive the following as selected by Administrator in its sole discretion:
$25 Nugget Markets Gift Card valid at any Nugget Markets, Fork Lift by Nugget Markets, or Food 4 Less Woodland. Nugget Markets Canvas Tote Bag
Gift Cards are not redeemable for Cash.
Selection of Winner: There will be one Winner per week in the month of May, each drawn at 5 p.m. on the following dates: May 9, May 16, May 23, May 30.
Entrants will remain eligible unless chosen as a Winner for the duration of the contest, until randomly selected as winner or contest ends. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period with a maximum of one entry per week.
Winning entries will be re-grammed and Winners will be notified within two (2) days of selection, through direct message on Instagram and/or email account. The potential Winners will be required to respond within seven (7) days or prize will be forfeited and may be awarded to an alternate winner. Prizes will be picked up by the Winner at the Winner’s store location of choice.
Publicity Release: Unless prohibited by law, as a condition of Entry, Winner must grant consent to Nugget Market, Inc. (Released Party) and their agents to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, biographical information and/or entry for publicity or advertising in any media or manner, without further payment, consideration, notice or approval and without geographic or time limitation.
Notification of and Required Action by Potential Winners: Sponsor will notify winners via email or phone. To become a Winner, each notified entrant must complete, execute and deliver to Sponsor, within 14 days of notification, the following forms to be supplied by Sponsor: Affidavit of Eligibility & Publicity Waiver, and shall pick up Prize no later than June 5, 2017. Entrants who do not return the completed forms and take delivery of the prize within the designated time period will be disqualified and forfeit the prize.
General Conditions: The winner must be able to verify they are 18 years of age as of May 1, 2017, are a legal resident of California and must take possession, in person, of the Prize no later than one week after date of notification.
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may use, publish and display each Winner’s name, biographical information, statements made regarding Sponsors, or the Promotion, portrait, picture, voice and likeness for trade, advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration or notification, review or approval, worldwide and on the Internet. By submitting an entry form, entrants release and agree to hold harmless Sponsors and its parents, affiliates, and subsidiary companies, advertising and promotion agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees, representatives and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to a person, including without limitation death, possession, use of misuse of the Prize, participation in any Promotion related activity, or participation in this Promotion.
Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Promotion or website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in violation of the terms of the sweepstake, or to be acting in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.
Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may publicly identify and display the name, in whole or in part, of each winning entrant. Winners will not receive any prize or compensation beyond the prizes described in this Official Rules.
Sponsor Released from Liability: By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Sponsors, and their owners, directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors; (c) printing or typographical errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes; and (e) late, lost or undeliverable mail.
Disputes: Entrants agree that any dispute arising out of the Sweepstakes shall be resolved by the Superior Court of the State of California in and for the County of Yolo. The laws of the State of California, without regard to any conflict of law rules, shall apply.
Sweepstakes void where and to the extent prohibited by law.
Winners List: For a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope for receipt by June 27, 2017, to Nugget Market, Inc. 168 Court Street, Woodland, CA 95695
