I’m No Longer Getting Your Emails in My Inbox
Email newsletters aren’t an exact science. From time to time, our emails may get blocked or wind up in your junk mail folder. There are a few things you can do on your end to troubleshoot this.
- Check your junk mail or spam folder
- Our emails can sometimes be flagged as junk by your email provider, or mistakenly by you accidentally tapping the wrong button (trust me, it happens to the most tech savvy of us). Simply tap the Not Junk or similar button to flag our messages as not junk.
- Check the promotions tab
- Some email providers or apps, such as Gmail and Apple Mail group your messages by Primary, Social, Promotions, and more. Our emails are indeed promotional and may be under that tab. It is also possible for messages to be filtered incorrectly.
- Search for message sent from enews@nuggetmarket.com
- This is the email address we send our messages from. Try searching all of your email for messages sent from this address and see if anything comes up.
- Add enews@nuggetmarket.com to your contacts or address book
- This tells your email app or provider that you trust emails from us and helps to ensure they aren’t flagged as spam in the future.
