We deal a healthy quarter pound of Diestel smoked turkey then pile on crispy natural hardwood smoked bacon onto our own Ciabatta roll slathered with our scratch-made Texas mayonnaise. We then top it with cheddar cheese, sweet red onion, three slices of ripe tomato, green leaf lettuce and a half of an avocado! ALL IN!
