Notice: The consumption of raw or undercooked meat may increase your risk of food-borne illness.
- Thaw turkey in refrigerator for 72 to 96 hours, until malleable.
- Preheat oven to 325° F.
- Place turkey in oven on a shallow roasting pan, breast side up, in the oven on the center rack.
- Roast at 350°F for 10-15 minutes per pound or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest section of the turkey breast reads 160°F.
- Remove the turkey from the oven, place a piece of foil loosely over the turkey and let rest for 15 minutes.
- Carve and serve.
