Follow our simple instructions for a perfectly cooked Diestel Organic Turkey!
Notice: The consumption of raw or undercooked meat may increase your risk of food-borne illness.
1. Thaw turkey in refrigerator for 72 to 96 hours, or until malleable.
2. Preheat oven to 350ºF.
3. Place turkey in oven on a shallow roasting pan, breast side up, in the oven on the center rack.
4. Roast at 350ºF for 10-15 minutes per pound or until a thermometer inserted into the thickest section of the turkey breast reads 160ºF.
5. Remove the turkey from the oven, place a piece of foil loosely over the turkey and let rest for 15 minutes.
6. Carve and serve.
