Almond Torte: This traditional torte is made from scratch in-house with almond paste and a wheat-free flour blend, then topped with locally grown sliced almonds.
Almond Biscotti: Our fantastic, wheat-free Almond Torte heads back to the oven to make these delectably crunchy cookies made fresh in-house. Great for dipping in coffee or tea!
Toasted Almond Crunch Cake: To make this amazing cake, our bakers stack layers of our moist, wheat-free Almond Torte with sweet almond custard, then ice it with a homemade buttercream and cover it in candied, roasted almonds for the perfect finish.
Flourless Chocolate Torte: Chocolate lovers, rejoice! This decadent, flourless chocolate torte gets even better with your choice of raspberry cream or salted caramel mousse and a layer of rich chocolate ganache on top.
NEW - Flourless Fruit Basket Cake: This wheat-free take on our classic Fruit Basket Cake features our flourless Almond Torte layered with pineapple, banana custard, fresh whipped cream and strawberries, all covered with toasted almonds and topped with fresh fruit.
