- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Place pork into a roasting pan in the oven on the center rack.
- Roast for 1 hour at 425° F or until a thermometer inserted into the center of the pork reads 135° F.
- Remove the pork from the oven and let rest for approximately 15 minutes.
