For a simple and speedy appetizer everyone is sure to love, whip up these tasty breadsticks with pre-made pesto and pizza dough fresh from our kitchen.
- All-purpose flour
- 8 ounces pizza dough
- 4 ounces pesto
- 2 ounces olive oil
Heat oven to 400°F. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a lightly floured surface, roll the pizza dough into a ¼-inch thick rectangle, about 15x8 inches.
In a small bowl, mix together the pesto and olive oil. Spread the mixture evenly over the pizza dough. Cut into 1-inch strips (about 15 total). Twist each strip into a spiral and lay on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake until golden brown, 8–10 minutes.
