Use pre-made pizza dough fresh from our kitchen to make these savory breadsticks in no time flat.
- All-purpose flour
- 8 ounces pizza dough
- ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes, finely chopped
- ⅓ cup Kalamata olives, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Heat an oven to 400°F.
Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper. On a lightly floured work surface, roll out the pizza dough into a ¼-inch thick rectangle about 15x8 inches.
In a medium bowl, mix the remaining ingredients together and spread evenly over the pizza dough. Cut into 1-inch strips (about 15 total). Twist each strip into a spiral and lay on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake until golden brown, 8-10 minutes.
