Preparation
Place chicken in a shallow dish. Season both sides with salt.
Use a vegetable peeler to remove lemon zest in strips (just the yellow rind, no white pith), then slice into strings.
Drizzle olive oil and honey over chicken breast, then coat both sides evenly with remaining ingredients.
Transfer chicken and marinade to a zip-top bag and freeze until ready to use.
