Whether you like your mocha classic, minty, or with a hint of spice, these easy, collagen-boosted drink mixes are a real treat!
Ingredients
Mocha Collagen Mix Base:
- ¾ cup powdered milk or powdered coconut milk
- ¾ cup collagen peptides
- ½ cup instant espresso
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup cocoa powder
- 1 pinch salt
For Mexican Mocha, add:
- 1 teaspoon dried orange peel
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ¼–½ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, or to taste
For Peppermint Mocha:
- Replace ½ cup granulated sugar with ½ cup crushed candy canes
Preparation
Mix all ingredients for your chosen flavor together with a whisk, breaking up any clumps. Store in an airtight container until ready to use.
To use, mix about ¼ cup of drink mix into hot water and stir until it dissolves.
