This spicy whipped cream is sure to wake up your taste buds! Use it to complement the savory richness of rib roast.
- 3-4-inch piece of horseradish root
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 cup heavy cream
Microplane horseradish root into a small bowl. Squeeze fresh lemon juice onto horseradish, add salt and allow to sit for 1 hour.
Whip heavy cream to soft peaks. Fold in mustard and horseradish mixture. Season to taste.
