Starring a Japanese blend of malt and grain whiskies, this cocktail boasts an array of harmonious flavors and aromas.
- 1½ ounces Hibiki Japanese Harmony Whisky
- 1 ounce Dolin Blanc Vermouth
- ½ ounce agave nectar
- ½ ounce fresh lemon juice
- 2 ounces sparkling wine
- 3 cucumber slices, for garnish
Combine Hibiki, Dolin Blanc, agave nectar and lemon juice in a shaker with ice and shake for about 10 seconds. Strain into a martini glass, top off with sparkling wine and garnish with cucumber slices.
