Sweet fig spread brings out the best in this easy, cheesy grilled cheese starring not one, but two types of Beecher's Handmade Cheese.
- 2 slices Fresh to Market Roasted Garlic Boulot
- 4 tablespoons Dalmatia Fig Spread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1½ ounces Beecher's Smoked Flagship Handmade Cheese
- 1½ ounces Beecher's Dutch Hollow Dulcet Handmade Cheese
Coat both slices of bread with fig spread.
Heat a nonstick pan over medium heat. Add butter to the pan and swirl to coat the pan as it melts.
Place bread in the pan, fig-side up. Move the bread around the pan to coat with melted butter. On one slice, evenly layer the cheese and then top with the other slice of bread, jam-side down.
Grill sandwich, flipping after 2–3 minutes, until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
