Cut down on prep time with this pre-marinated tri-tip—it’s ready to go straight onto the grill, and then onto your plate!
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Season grill by rubbing with an oiled towel to help prevent sticking. Grill meat for 2 minutes, then turn 90 degrees to make crosshatch grill marks. Grill for another 2 minutes. Flip and repeat. Turn grill down to medium-low heat, or move tri-tip to a cooler section of the grill, and cook for an additional 12–16 minutes to internal temperature of 130ºF (for medium rare). Let rest for 10 minutes before carving.
