Our Meat Department's pre-marinated salmon fillets are an easy, delicious, and healthy option for the barbecue. Make sure your grill is clean, hot, and well-oiled for best results.
Ingredients
- 2 Fresh to Market Herb Salmon Fillets
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation
Season grill by rubbing with an oiled towel to help prevent sticking, then heat grill to medium-high heat.
Brush salmon lightly with oil, then grill skin-side up for 1 minute. Use tongs and a spatula to turn fish 90 degrees, then grill 1 minute to create diamond grill marks.
Carefully flip salmon over, then turn heat down to medium and grill with lid closed for 2–4 minutes, until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
