Our pre-marinated Herb Salmon Fillets are an easy, delicious and healthy option for the grill.
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Season grill by rubbing with an oiled towel to help prevent sticking. A clean, hot and well-oiled grill is ideal for the best outcome.
Brush salmon lightly with oil. Grill skin-side-up for 1 minute, then turn 90 degrees to create crosshatch grill marks. Grill for 1 additional minute and then flip over. Turn down grill to medium and grill with lid closed for 2–4 minutes, until the fish reaches an internal temperature of 145ºF.
Pro tip: When turning the salmon 90 degrees after making the first set of grill marks, use tongs and a spatula. Lifting slightly with the tongs and then sliding the spatula under the fish a little at a time will help it release without sticking. After the first turn, it is less likely that the fish will stick.
