Using puff pastry reduces both the time commitment and stress of making pizza dough—and with a box of puff on hand in the freezer, any night can be pizza night!
- 2 sheets puff pastry, 3x8-inches each
- 4 ounces pizza sauce
- 4 ounces whole milk mozzarella, shredded
- 3 ounces pepperoni, sliced
Heat oven to 400°F.
Bake puff pastry until golden brown on top and bottom. Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature.
Spread pizza sauce evenly over the puff, leaving ¼ inch space around the edge. Spread cheese evenly over the sauce. Top with pepperoni. Bake in oven until cheese is melted.
