Cooking Instructions: Marinated Pork Tenderloin

Preparing this marinated pork from our Meat Department couldn't be simpler. Start by searing it in a pan to lock in the juices, then finish it in the oven until it's tender and ready to serve.
Ingredients
- 1 Fresh to Market Marinated Pork Tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Preparation
Remove pork from refrigeration 20 minutes prior to cooking. Heat oven to 425°F.
Heat a heavy-bottomed, oven-safe sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the oil and sear the tenderloin on all sides until well-browned.
Place entire pan in the oven and roast for 8–10 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
