Preparing this marinated pork from our meat department couldn't be simpler. Start by searing it in a pan to lock in the juices, then finish it in the oven until it's tender and ready to serve.
- 1 Fresh to Market Marinated Pork Tenderloin
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Remove pork from refrigeration 20 minutes prior to cooking. Heat oven to 425°F.
Heat a heavy-bottomed, oven-safe sauté pan over medium-high heat. Add the oil and sear the tenderloin on all sides until well browned. Place entire pan in the oven and roast for 8–10 minutes or until it reaches an internal temperature of 145°F. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving.
