Take the avo toast trend to the next level with some tangy Coriander & Citrus Marinated Chèvre from our kitchen.
- 1 container (7 ounces) Coriander & Citrus Marinated Chèvre
- 4 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1–2 avocados, sliced
- 4 ounces microgreens
- ½ teaspoon pink peppercorns, crushed
Remove the marinated chèvre from the oil and place in a work bowl. Add 3–4 tablespoons of the marinating oil to the cheese and mix to make the cheese spreadable.
Toast the sourdough bread and brush each piece with butter. Spread the chèvre evenly over each piece. Top with sliced avocado.
Place microgreens in a clean work bowl and toss with 1 teaspoon of the marinating oil. Spread greens evenly over the toasts and season with the crushed pink peppercorns.
