Truff sauces come in "hot" and "hotter" varieties—we went with the hotter version here to deliver a "less sweet, more heat" kick to these chicken thighs.
- 4 bone-in chicken thighs
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 3–4 tablespoons Truff Hotter Sauce
Preheat oven to 415°F.
Season chicken thighs with salt and pepper. Place on a roasting rack, skin-side up, and place in oven. Roast for 25–30 minutes or to an internal temperature of about 150°F.
Turn thighs over and brush with Truff Hotter Sauce. Place back in oven for 3–5 minutes to glaze. Turn thighs back over and brush skin side with Truff Hotter Sauce. Place back in oven and continue roasting to an internal temperature of 165°F, about 3–5 minutes more. Remove from oven, let cool slightly and enjoy.
