Make ginger cookies even better by sandwiching them together with our kitchen's seasonal Pumpkin Spice Dip and a slice of fresh persimmon. If you want to go the extra mile, start with homemade Chewy Ginger Cookies!
- 8 ginger cookies (2–3 inches in diameter)
- 6–8 ounces Nugget Markets' Pumpkin Spice Dip
- 4 slices Fuyu persimmon
Lay 4 cookies upside down on a work surface. Pipe or spoon 3–4 tablespoons of Pumpkin Spice Dip in the center of each cookie. Place a persimmon slice on top of each cookie and gently press down so the dip spreads to the edge. Top with remaining cookies.
