Pro Tip: Save the non-solid coconut milk for use in smoothies, coffee or tropical cocktails.
- 1 can (13.66 ounces) coconut cream
- 2–3 tablespoons sweetener of choice
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla
Chill can of coconut cream in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Open the can and remove only the solid fat. Place fat in a mixing bowl with sweetener and vanilla and whip for 45–60 seconds, until smooth and creamy.
Serve immediately with your choice of fresh berries.
