This simple, fruit-forward mocktail is as stunning as it is sippable.
- 1¼-inch slice mandarin orange
- 6 ounces Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit
- 3–4 raspberries
- 1 sprig mint, for garnish
Press the mandarin orange slice into the bottom of a Champagne flute. Pour Fever-Tree Sparkling Pink Grapefruit to ½ inch from the top of the glass.
Puree raspberries by pressing through a fine mesh strainer with a spatula. Float about 1 teaspoon of raspberry puree on top of the sparkling beverage to just below the rim of the glass and give a gentle stir with a toothpick to incorporate.
Garnish with sprig of mint.
