Hold the scone! Sticky Fingers Bakeries Scone Mixes can be used for even more than just beautiful biscuits. Make a classic summer cobbler even easier by using one of these marvelous mixes for your topping.
Ingredients
- 1 package (16 ounces) Sticky Fingers Bakeries Scone Mix
- ⅔ cup cold water
- 5 fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
- 5 fresh nectarines, pitted and sliced
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- ¼ cup corn starch
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Add scone mix and cold water to a work bowl, then use a fork to combine until dough just comes together—be careful not to overmix.
In a separate work bowl, combine the peaches, nectarines, sugar, corn starch, and salt and mix until well incorporated.
Pour the fruit mixture into a baking dish, then crumble the scone mixture on top. Do not stir.
Bake for 25–30 minutes, then serve warm with ice cream or whipped cream.
