Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Pomegranate Molasses

Ingredients
- 2 pounds Brussels sprouts, cut into quarters
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Kosher salt, to taste
- Cracked black pepper, to taste
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 1 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
Preparation
Heat oven to 400°F.
Toss Brussels sprouts in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread sprouts out in a single layer on a baking sheet. Roast for 10–15 minutes, or until the edges begin to brown.
Remove Brussels sprouts from oven, then drizzle with maple syrup and pomegranate molasses.
