Ingredients

Preparation
Wash rice before cooking to remove excess surface starch.
Add rice and water to a pot with a lid. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer covered for 20 minutes, or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
Fluff cooked rice with a fork before serving.
