Grandma Bert's Peach Ice Cream

This super simple, no-churn peach ice cream is as easy to make as it is to enjoy!
Ingredients

- 1 quart heavy cream1 quart heavy cream 1 quart heavy cream
Preparation
Combine peaches, sugar, and lemon juice in a large work bowl and mash thoroughly. Let sit for 30 minutes.
Place a 9x5-inch loaf pan in the freezer to chill.
Use a handheld or stand mixer to whip the cream to stiff peaks. Fold half of the cream into the peach mixture until well blended. Gently fold this mixture back into the remaining whipped cream until smooth and homogeneous.
Pour ice cream base into chilled loaf pan and freeze for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
