Preparation
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a 7x7-inch brownie pan with parchment paper.
In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, sugar, cocoa powder, coconut oil, vanilla, and salt and whisk until smooth. Add flour and chocolate chips, stir until there are no more lumps, then transfer batter into the prepared baking pan.
Bake brownies until the center is just set, about 15–20 minutes, being careful not to overbake.
Let cool completely at room temperature before slicing.
