Healthy and flavorful wraps make quick and easy snacks for kids and adults of all ages. Enjoy!
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 green onions
- 1 tablespoon Italian parsley
- 1 teaspoon white wine vinegar
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 4 whole wheat tortillas
- ½ pound sliced, cooked turkey
- 8 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 1 rib celery, cut into strips
In a blender or food processor combine the yogurt, green onions, parsley, vinegar and garlic powder and blend until incorporated. Fold this mixture into the mayonnaise. You will have extra, which can be used as a spread or as a dip for fresh veggies.
On a tortilla, spread a thin layer of ranch, then put two slices of cheese followed by ¼ of the turkey, two strips of bell pepper and two strips of celery. Roll up and repeat.
