Roasted Garlic & Kalamata Olive Baked Brie

Baked Brie
Baked brie is always a hit when entertaining. The gooey, garlicky creaminess of this variation will have your guests swooning—no hard work required!
Ingredients
- 1 wheel (8 ounces) brie1 wheel (8 ounces) brie 1 wheel (8 ounces) brie
- ¼ cup chopped Kalamata olives¼ cup chopped Kalamata olives ¼ cup chopped Kalamata olives
- ¼ cup chopped roasted garlic¼ cup chopped roasted garlic ¼ cup chopped roasted garlic
Preparation
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Use a serrated knife or unflavored dental floss to slice the top rind off the wheel of brie. Place cheese cut-side up on a baking sheet and top with olives and garlic.
Bake for 6–8 minutes, or until cheese is golden and bubbly.
Serve with crusty bread, tart apple slices, or your preferred accompaniments.
