- 2 shots espresso
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons Coconut Crème Coffee Mate
- 4 cups of shaved ice
- whipped cream
- chocolate shavings
Mix 2 shots of espresso, vanilla extract, and coffee mate and let chill in refrigerator (approximately 10 minutes). Once mixture is chilled, shave ice. Fill seving cups (2) 1/3 full with whipped cream. Add ice, pour espresso mixure over ice, top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
