Serve your sundae in a frozen orange bowl for a fresh take on a classic dessert!
- 6 Valencia oranges
- 1 pint gelato
- Whipped cream
- 6 dark cherries in syrup
- 6 white or dark chocolate straws
- 6 mint sprigs
Cut the tops off of the oranges and scoop out most of the flesh. Freeze orange bowls for 1 hour or until firm.
Scoop gelato into orange bowls and return to freezer for approximately 20 minutes to set.
Just before serving, remove from freezer, place onto plate and garnish with whipped cream, cherries, chocolate straws and mint sprigs.
