White Gazpacho
This version of gazpacho comes straight from Spain and is a common variation on the classic tomato soup.
Ingredients

Preparation
Combine all ingredients and puree with an immersion blender until smooth. Chill in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
Chop extra Marcona almonds and grapes for garnishes. Spoon gazpacho into serving bowls, sprinkle with grape and almond pieces, and drizzle with olive oil.
