Artisan bread and caprese-style ingredients give this grilled cheese sandwich a true taste of Italy.
- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 6 ounces Burrata
- 6 ounces Balsamic Bellavitano
- 6 ounces roasted red tomatoes
- 1 ounce butter, softened
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Cut the ciabatta roll into 3/4-inch slices, spread butter on both sides of each slice. On a griddle or saute pan, toast one side of both pieces of bread. Flip over one piece of bread and top with cheese and tomatoes.
Top with other piece of bread, toasted side on the inside. Once bottom is toasted carefully flip sandwich to toast the other side.
Serve with balsamic vinegar for dipping.
