Artisan bread and caprese-style ingredients give this grilled cheese sandwich a true taste of Italy.
- 2 ciabatta rolls
- 6 ounces Burrata
- 6 ounces Balsamic Bellavitano
- 6 ounces roasted red tomatoes
- 1 ounce butter, softened
Heat a large skillet over medium heat.
Cut ciabatta rolls in half and spread butter onto cut sides. Place butter-side-down into heated skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes until golden.
Flip bread, place cheese and tomatoes on half of the slices and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes.
Close sandwiches and allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.
