Strawberry Chevre Bruschetta
This fresh and fruity take on an old world Italian staple is sure to become a new favorite, too!
Ingredients
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 4 ounces crumbled goat cheese
- 6 sprigs cilantro, chopped
- 1 small red onion, brunoise
- 2 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil
- 1 baguette, sliced on the bias, toasted, and cooled
Preparation
In a mixing bowl, gently toss sliced strawberries, goat cheese, cilantro, and red onion with olive oil until well-coated. Top toasted baguette slices with strawberry and goat cheese mixture. Serve immediately.
