For a healthier take on ice cream, blend frozen bananas with a little vanilla and milk to make this simple sweet!
Ingredients

Preparation
Arrange banana slices in a single layer on a nonstick tray, then place in freezer for at least 8 hours or overnight.
Remove bananas from freezer and let stand for 15 minutes to soften slightly. Place banana slices in a food processor or heavy duty blender, then add vanilla and milk or cream. Pulse blender carefully until the texture is creamy and similar to soft serve ice cream. Add more milk or cream if needed for desired consistency.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh mint leaves, if desired.
