The firecracker cocktail is perfect for warm summer days! This unforgettable combination of sweet and sour with a hint of mint is simple to mix up and will have everyone coming back for more.
- 4-5 raspberries, plus more for garnish
- ½ ounce simple syrup
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 2 ounces limoncello
- ½ ounce triple sec
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Soda water
Combine raspberries and simple syrup and muddle until liquid consistency. Strain out the seeds and pour contents into a new glass.
Add mint and muddle gently so as not to tear the mint.
Add limoncello, triple sec and lemon juice, then stir. Fill glass with ice, top with soda water and garnish with skewered raspberries.
