Mad for mango? These sweet and refreshing popsicles are made with simple ingredients that pack the flavor.
- 1½ cups coconut water
- 2 large mangos (2 ½ - 3 cups), peeled & pureed
- 1 Tbsp. shredded coconut or chia seeds
Combine the pureed mango and coconut water. Add shredded coconut or chia seeds until evenly distributed. Pour mixture into popsicle molds and freeze.
