Berries, granola and yogurt on a stick?! That’s right! These breakfast pops are sweet, tangy, crunchy and utterly delicious.
- ½ pint raspberries
- 1 Tbsp. honey
- 2 cups plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
- ¾ cup milk
- ½ cup granola
Combine raspberries and honey in medium bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes to allow berries to macerate. Simmer the berries and honey in a pot over medium heat for approximately 10 minutes or until mixture is the consistency of jam. Remove from heat and let syrup cool to room temperature.
Stir Greek yogurt and milk until well blended. Add granola and stir until evenly distributed.
Alternating the yogurt and the berry mixtures, add 2 tablespoons of each to the popsicle mold. Swirl with a bamboo skewer and freeze.
